Marketing and event internship:

As an intern you will play a central role in the growth of VP Bali’s mission by raising the visibility of the NGO with its different audiences, and mobilize support and funds to the cause. You will assist in the development and implementation of innovative and effective marketing strategies, events and campaigns in line with the image, values and beliefs of VP Bali.

Summary of daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Engage with all social media of VP Bali and daily checks and likes
• Create content for Youtube channel
• Develop and implement media plans, work on creating media packages, orientation package for new volunteers, promotion packages for possible donors/funding
• Develop and follow up the production of the communication tools needed on all levels of the organization
• Take testimonials from volunteers who are leaving and engage social media with the volunteers (posts, shares, reviews online)
• Assist in PR & fundraising efforts
• Create fundraising opportunities through various business development techniques including prospecting, targeted follow-up and new lead generation.

This internship requires the necessary flexibility to occasionally work during the weekends or evenings.

• Ability to plan and accomplish goals according to deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to juggle with a variety of tasks
• Creative thinking and good research skills
• Ability to work in team
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Highly organized, flexible and ability to work under stress and with a limited budget
• Knowing and understanding the mission and vision of VP Bali
• Respecting, understanding and being able to working according to the local culture and traditions
• Computer literacy and effective abilities in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photo-shop, Movie maker
• Honest, meticulous, transparent, responsible, open-minded, flexible
• Well organized
• Having an ethical and critical way of thinking
• Good interpersonal skills

How to apply:
The minimum duration for this internship is 2 months.
